This lovely naturally processed Mexican Dark Roast comes from a 3rd generation family farm in Coatepec, Veracruz and smells of chocolate chip cookies when you open the bag. These beans have a flavor profile of browned butter, dark chocolate, and burnt sugar. The natural drying process used allows for more sweet bread flavors with a rich, heavy body. This coffee pairs great with Saturday morning donuts or any sweet pastry you enjoy in the morning.
